Yes, there is lots of water in this oasis of a subdivision!

You see it’s for 55 and older adults only. There’s no 21 year old renters working on their cars here!
It’s also a Golf Course Community. It’s on Chamisa Hills Golf Course. Many of the homes back right up to the golf course.
And it’s a gated community as well!
