There were 31 closed sales in the Albuquerque East Mountain area during November 2010. 27 of the sales were regular sales, 3 were foreclosure homes and one was a short sale.

Days on the Market: 109
Median Sales Price: $230,115

Currently there are 102 Tijeras NM Homes for Sale. The average house for sale has 2372 square feet and is priced at $327,193. That’s a per square foot price of $135.
Currently there are 15 Cedar Crest NM Homes for Sale. The average house for sale has 2705 square feeet and is priced at $371,022. That’s a per square foot price of $130.
Sandia Park Homes for Sale
There are 67 homes for sale in Sandia Park. The average house for sale has 2728 square feeet and is priced at $474,467. That’s a per square foot price of $162.
There are 154 homes for sale in Edgewood. The average hosue for sale has 1975 square feet and is priced at $225,346, The price per square foot is $106.
