Corrales Homes Sales Down
There were 7 closed home sales in November 2012, up from 4 sales in November 2011 but down from 11 sales in October 2012. Home sales normally taper off this time of year as Christmas approaches and this year appears to be no different.
Average Price Per Square Foot
Just when it looked like the average price per square foot was stabilizing, in November the stat bottomed out at $135 per square. The drop was not caused by distressed sales, only one sales was distressed.
Housing Inventory
The decrease in sales last month caused the months of home inventory stat to jump up sharply. There is now over a year’s worth of home inventory on the market in Corrales.
